DSL Service Availability

I live in a rural area near the town of Catawissa, PA 17820.  I was previously an aggregator to have DSL service made available to my area.  That program has since ended due to 4G HSI being available to us.  That service is becoming less adequate from the point of view of price.  We are held to data limits which do not allow us and our children freedom of use.  I would like to know what can be done to get a land based HSI source into my area.  I know there are limits to the system, but my belief is that this area is small enough population wide that it would not cause any interruptions but large enough to make it worthwhile to Verizon.  I would be glad to gather information about how many homeowners would be interested in that area if it would help.  The Verizon Wireless 4G service is not a viable long term solution for my young family.

Thank you
