Has anyone else read that study Verizon just released about "Why people don't want broadband"? IF you have then you might be wondering the same question as me. Since I live in a decently populated area but Verizon doesn't offer broadband. There is a group for that and it consists of 4% of the U.S. There is also a group of people who don't want it. Now why is verizon putting money into people who don't want it but insist on offering those people more speeds, rather than give it to people who want it.

I Googled that and I found http://arstechnica.com/tech-policy/news/2010/11/why-dont-americans-want-broadband.ars ,but that is not a study by Verizon - that is study by the Department of Commerce.
So, please tell me where you found the study by Verizon.
Thanks.
[EDIT] At Google, I even tried "Why people don't want broadband" site:verizon.net and "Why people don't want broadband" site:verizon.com but that only points me to this thread 😞

A previous thread may of addressed your issue.
Points to http://forums.verizon.com/t5/High-Speed-Internet-DSL-and-Dial/The-end-of-DSL/m-p/237023
Does that answer your question?
