I have bad trouble with my westell...westlinkmodel327w I have the security suite and every time I log on it comes up with error 102 does any body know how to get rid of it I have tried to hook another computer to my modem and can't get it to work either

Hey have you tried power cycling the westell or hard reset it to see if anything changes by pressing and hold the reset button for 20 secs then let it go.
