Hi, I'm hoping someone here can advise me. I've had 7Mbt DSL in tthis apartment for several months now, but for the last month and a half or so I've been getting booted off of the internet multiple times every night. Sometimes it can happen every five minutes. I contacted Verizon technical support and the technician told me that he ran a line check and saw that my line was fine.
I noticed that the Internet light on my Westell model 6100 modem will start to blink rapidly and then go dead before the internet cuts out. Then after a few seconds it will come back on again. What should I do? Do I need to buy a new modem?
Here are my transceiver stats:

Looks like the line is having an issue with noise. A margin of 0 on the downstream is bad, and the upstream is out of sync by 32kbps. Would you by any chance have access to a NID in your apartment?
