What is with the outage in 93546? It is incredibly frustrating, especially because there is no information that anyone at verizon seems to know about the situation.
Been down since Friday afternoon (02/06). The outage page keeps changing the restore time in 8 hour increments. So first it was to be back up at 23:30 on Friday, then 07:30 Sat, then 1530 Sat and this has continued for the last 3 days. The current information is that it will be restored by 15:30 today.
Why is there no one at Verizion that can give me specific information about the nature of the outage and a REASONABLE explanation of when it will be completely restored... the 8 hour at a time automated **bleep** is getting old. someone at Verizion HAS to know what is going on and how long it will last.
