Lately I have experienced issues with my DSL. I have been experiencing high ping or packet loss. It is fairly noticeable with my VoIP programs or games. At first I thought it maybe too many devices online and made sure no other devices but my machine was connected online. The issue was still happening. I tried calling tech support but all they are concerned with is speed of my connection rather the quality running multiple speed tests on my machine and dismissing my issue. Where would I go to get this looked actually looked at or at least start the proper support process? i really do not want to move to another ISP

Is this issue only occurring during the evening hours or does it take place all the time? That's our key thing to investigate first.
