How do I enable upip to play xbox live Please help my son cant play !!

hey Im so frustrated, how can I enable the upip so that my son can play his xbox live without problems, heres the info. I have windows vista, my dsl modem is actiontec model # gt704wg and I dont have fios. Can someone please tell me how to do this. I read another post on this and tried the suggestion but it didnt work, but i think it might have been because it was for a different model number i'm not sure. any help pleaseeeeeeeeeeee
