Try visiting http://192.168.1.1/htmlV/transtat.asp while directly wired to your modem. If login information is needed, you can typically use admin/password or admin/admin to get in.

The long way to getting to this page is to visit http://192.168.1.1/ > System Monitoring > Advanced Monitors > Transceiver Statistics
