Had a install appointment today from 8-12. It's 2:10. No call no show.

Not knowing where you reside (don’t tell me) there has been a previous snow storm last week, and there is another on the way for the next 2 days. It is possible that Verizon is falling behind on installs due to repairs to existing customers.
This is only my guess. But I am sure they will eventually get service to you.
