Internet keeps disconnecting

It disconnects every 5 or 10 minutes and then it reconnects after a couple minutes. This happens all day. It wouldn't be a problem because I'm so used to it, but about 2 weeks ago I was downloading GTA: ChinaTown Wars on my iPod and it disconnected in the middle of it, then I had to restart my iPod and then re-download, but it charged my account TWICE. So instead of paying $10 for it I payed $20 and Apple OR Rockstar refuse to email me back.

Go to http://192.168.1.1/ and locate the ActionTec's logs in the Status/System Monitoring section of it. The DSL Statistics would be nice to see as well. I don't know where exactly these pages are in an ActionTec as I have never used one before. If you do need a Username and Password however to get to these pages, use the following:

admin/password
admin/password1
admin/admin
admin/admin1
Your Verizon Username and Password.
