Just Upgraded from 3MB to 7.1MB

I did this a few hours ago, How long do you think it will be till I see the new speeds? I have been running speed tests every hour just to check, should I restart my modem?

If you upgraded by calling verizon, what due date did your rep give you?  That's when it whould be ready by. 

You can go online and go to https://www22.verizon.com/pages/checkorder/ to check your order status.

I didn't have to reboot the modem whenever I changed my speeds though it wouldn't hurt.

I just upgraded myself and order status says it us complete.  I am still only getting 3MBPS but according to my order status, they have shipped me some equipment.  Not sure what it is they are sending but is addtional h/w needed for the higher speed?
