Linkysis ea4500 wireless router with D Link 2750 B

Hi All need some help here. I am wondering if I can use my fairly new linksys wireless router with dlink 2750B from verizon and is it even beneficial to do so. Any thoughts suggestions and directions greatly appreciated.
