I need some help getting 3meg service. I had 3meg service before. Then I had a problem with hearing other voices on my line. Had a tech come out, they said i heard other voices on the line was because of the DSL. And they downgraded me to the 1.5meg service. I have spoke to a few peeps and they told me this is not correct. What can I do to get my 3meg service back and get verizon to fix the phone line?
