Trying to install Netflix ROKU - and it's not seeing the internet connection - this is all hardwired, as i have read many posts about wireless problems. Have tried reboot, and worked with lovely gentleman from India for an hour - and nothing is working! I do have another box coming - just in case this one turns out to be defective... in the meantime - any one else have a problem? Going through wired Westell modem and Lynksys router - any special "codes" needed???
I am totally at a loss here - and reading about everyone else getting great reception through their wired systems doesn't help!!!
Appreciate any suggestions!!!!
BTW - i did plug in a laptop directly at the ROKU connection and the internet was grabbed, but son insists that a PASSWORD had to be inputted to do so -
