Is there an outage in Wyckoff NJ today? Was working fine this AM, now been down for 2 hours.

They could be on DSL instead.

OP - if you are on DSL:

#1 Do you have access to the DSL modem?

#2 What lights on it are on?

OP - regardless if you have DSL or FIOS: What type of connection is it (Static Public IP, DHCP or PPPoE)?
