My internet connection, ever since Verizon sent a notice out in the mail that their landline was being handed over to another company, has took a nose dive. It just started recently, but on some days it disconnects a LOT for no reason. On top of this, as of today, the connection dropped down to 450kbps instead of 1.5. Speedtest.net confirms what the modem is telling me the speed is.
I'm paying for up to 3 and getting 1.5. It's all that's available here -- has been for over a year. All of a sudden my connection drops to what feels like dial up? I'm not paying for this. Need help. : /
