I was supposed to have internet a full week ago, but due to several glitches I didn't get a router until yesterday. I plugged in the router and still no go. I have a dialtone on the phone lines but no internet. The tech that I talked to on the phone suggested switching to FOIS but that service isn't available in this complex. I work from home so this is kind of a necessity for me.
It's the 14th and my original set up date was the 7th so I'm kind of frustrated and just want to get on line so I can get some work done. Any ideas as to what might be wrong?
