I was supposed to have a tech visit my home today between 8 and noon. It is now 12:30 and not even a phone call. I was told that he would be here shortly long ago and still no phone call. I have waited all morning for the tech, this is my first day off in weeks and it will be my last. Sadly, thanks to Verizon's wonderful lack of service, my day to get out and do things has been wasted waiting for a tech who is not going to show up. Amazing.

Really dissatisfied with the way Verizon handles their mistakes. I have just filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, let's see if that changes how they handle their customers.
