Does Verizon have IT staff? It doesn't seem like they noticed that verizon.net/renew isn't working.
It's the only way to renew dsl online and is super convienent compared to calling customer service. I have tried the page on mulitple computers and browsers so it's not an issue on my end.
Verizon.net's support gives no help on the matter.
So apparently verizon.com DOES NOT support verizon.net and verizon.net doesn't have live agents responding to emails.
Well whoever is in charge of maintaining verizon.net is not doing the best job if they can't maintain the dsl renewal page. verizon.net is for managing internet services isn't it? Being able to renew your dsl plan is a key requirement that customers require for managing their internet service.
EDIT: Well I just have a live chat with one of the dsl customer service agents. He said he will save my " request as a suggestion in Notes so that Verizon can see it and take care of it."
Here's hoping that Verizon fixes the link soon.
