Having the same issues with my line. intermitent service and I've noticed that for some reason Verizon keeps lowering my speed. I'm suppose to get 15 up 1 down but now its 10 down 650 up, and it continues to fall. I checked the web site downdetector.com and verified that there is a problem in the service. It stretches for Maryland to NYC, weird because it is the same area where Verizon has been having problems for a long time. It kind of follows I95.
