Slow, super slow internet and some times just no internet at all on weekends

I have had problems for long time with this issue. I have changed several routers and so far nobody has been able to fix the problem. Las week I had it, I used google's ineternet speed tester and I had this: 0.46 Mbps download and 0.46 Mbps upload. I called and the speed went up to 7.89 Mbps upload and 2.00 Mbps upload. Still not enough, I called again after 30 minutes I was able to talk with somebody and they schedule a technician to come to my house since Verizon said that there was nothing wrong in their end, that must be a problem in my house, I sai that it's impossible since the problem it's not constant, meaning the internet fails usually in the mornings and always on the wekend, in the middle of the day is slow and at night it's fine. I waited for the technician all morning he never showed up, I called at 3 pm saying that the technician never showed up, they said to wait until 7 pm this time and he didn't show up again. In the mean time now the internet is working fine after several months of problems.

Has this happened to anybody?

I had Comcast and their internet service was way better and faster than verizon's but their TV service was like Verizon's internet. Does anybody have Verizon for TV and Comcast for internet, that would be the best combination.

Your issue has been escalated to a Verizon agent. Before the agent can begin assisting you, they will need to collect further information from you. Please go to your profile page for the forum and scroll down the page to an area titled "My Support Cases." You can reach your profile page by clicking on your name located above your post, or at the top right of this page.

Under "My Support Cases" you will find a link to the private board where you and the agent may exchange information. The title of your post is the link. This should be checked on a frequent basis, as the agent may be waiting for information from you before they can proceed with any actions. To ensure you know when they have responded to you, you may subscribe to the case. At the top right of your support case there is a gear icon which provides a drop down menu with support case options. Click that and choose "subscribe." Please keep all correspondence regarding your issue in the private support portal.
