For the free service. Yes it was free because your not getting any money. You want to be hard headed, go right ahead and disconnect the service. You turning it into collection won't get you anything either as I don't care, I'm atill on disability. I would probably bet a little that when you start to lose a lot more customers in the future, you will start giving a **bleep**.
