I recently tried a combination plan that a representative assured me would save me some money each month. When it did not, I asked for my service to be restored to the prior service agreement-within the 30 day time period allowed. That was done but my dsl service charge was raised $10 a month because they said I changed my plan, punishing me in effect for taking the advice of their representative. I now have to pay $39.99 and I see the same service being advertised for $19.99 for new customers. I have filed a complaint with the NYS Attorney General. Watch out -if they can take advantage of you they will and there doessn't seem to be that much regulation right now. If the AG can't get anywhere I will cancel the dsl service.
