I've had verizon DSL for more then 3 years now. Ive used the same modem since when I got it. Not any real big issues. I think however this modem is discontinued (looked at westell website) If the modem seizes to work how would i get support for it. My question is how would I go about to see if Verizon offers something more to date? How long does shipment take if so? Thanks for listening.

You need to call Verizon DSL at 800-567-6789. If you need a new modem they can ship a new one out to you. It will take a few days to receive it.
