I am planning to install a measured local landline with no additional long distance or any other service - just plain local only because I am basically using it for the apartment building door entry system. My question is will I be able to place outgoing calls to toll-free 800 numbers? I ask because I think I have to dial 1+ and will that automatically reject connection?
