I have FIOS VOIP. Call Assistant shows me all the incoming calls, but it does not allow me to retrieve voice mails from the Web, only by calling. I get the same error message: "Error occurred while retrieving the Voice Mail information. Please try again later"
Calling Verizon has been frustrating, they don't know what the problem is. Anyone else solved this?
