Did Verizon just decided that you can no longer see your call history?
I am a FIOS customer with Digital Unlimited Voice.
I login to My Verizon and on the first page it shows me: My Phone.
I click:
Manage Your Phone
Then I see the last 3 calls.
I click the:
Call History
I USED to be able to see all previous calls, but the list is last updated for 12/31/17.
I cannot see any other calls after that (unless all I care about are the last 3 calls).
Is this a purposeful change by Verizon?

Well guess I'll have to call Verizon then and ask why they stopped letting me see a call log.
Amazingly enough the website shows I have a call from the future.
Yup. Says I got a call from:
Cell Phone NY
(518)xxx-xxxx
on January 11th
(it's Jan 10th right now around 10:30 p.m. EST)

Same here. Wonder if Verizon has forgotten we're in a new year...

Well, I did a text chat with support and now my Call history shows just the calls I've made and received since they "fixed" the problem. All previous calls logged are gone!

The dates are all mixed up. I had to go to page 10 or 11 to see recent calls. I reported on the feedback page, but nothing has been done yet to remedy this. Are they doing it on an individual basis when someone complains?

I am having the same problem. I spent more than hour on the phone with customer service and in the end all they could tell me was to subpoena my records! I am really furious. What phone company doesn't give their clients access to their phone log information?
