Call Waiting ID

Hi

I ported to another provider from Verizon 6 months ago.  I have now ported back to Verizon.  Back when I left, I had Call Waiting ID.  Now, Verizon is telling me it is not available in my area?!?!  WHAT?  The web site lists it as available when I put in my zip code....but when I call customer service they tell me it is not in their database as available for my area.  I keep saying "but I had it before."  Can this be possible?  I am at 812-364-XXXX....Southern Indiana area near Louisville, KY.
