Caller ID, all received calls are "Unavalabel"

Started a few weeks ago, we used to get most names on the caller ID but resently something changed
and we only get the number. Is anyone else seeing this problem?

happened to me. realized it was the Verizon Call Assistant. I had them disable the VCA, and caller ID returned. Too bad though, I enjoyed VCA.
