I believe I have caller ID blocking activated for my land line residential account so people I call will not see my phone number. Can I undo that setting in my online account?
i believe you can undo that setting in your online account if you are a fios digital voice customer. go to verizon.com/fiosvoice and make sure you are logged in with your main account user i.d., then i think it is along left column , calling features? i can't check cuz my access has been broken since oct.12, but i have had to change that setting when i was away from home before...that's what i remember , i hope i'm at least close....good luck
