FIOS .. Caller ID no longer showing on all TVs?? .. I rebooted router, set box & did troubleshooting several times. Get message "Caller ID issue not resolved" & gives unit address for box.

have the same problem. Rebooted all STB 2x, as well as router. After that was able to disable, then enable Caller Id but it still didn't work. Called Verion and wasted 20 minutes with a voice response system that would not get me to a representative. Complete waste of time. Horrible service.

Agree! I thought posting something here would fix it but I guess not! I've tried to call several times, can't get live person. Now when I run troubleshoot after a LONG time the entire TV freezes & no buttons on remote work even to exit or turn tv or set box off! VERY Frustrating!

Chatted with Tech & supposedly there's an Outage affecting the caller ID. Should be resolved in a few days.
It sounds like a blanket response, we'll see.
So according to them, it should be fixed by Sat, April 16th. 🤞🏻

I wonder if the Caller ID outage is related to the inability to retrieve account information on FiOS STBs. 🤔

Hello,
Just spent 3 Hrs. on phone and Verizon Chats with verizon Techs that had NO CLUE in how to RESTORE our 'Fios Caller ID' feature to our FOUR Verizon set tops.
Verizon Fios Caller ID is CONSTANTLY disabled.
A major HASSLE Wading thru the INEPT techs.
DISAPPOINTED 25 year verizon Customer
All they did was generate a 'Ticket#' to NOWHERE...
