I feel your frustration! I also called Verizon tech support today, waited over 1 hour for them to answer. He said there was a huge Caller ID outage that is being corrected now. He thought he would be able to correct mine & did several steps but was then told by someone there are "other" lingering problems to initial outage & all will be fixed within the next 2 days. It was very frustrating to even reach technical support. I also have a trouble ticket.

Caller ID is still out on the TV.
Chatted with Tech again and they said many customers are affected by this Outage.
Still given 24-48 hours... it's already been a week.
We'll see if/when it gets resolved.

It's finally back up, April 18th.
Guess they do/ did have a lot of customers out.
Ours was out about a week.
We're in NY if that helps anyone.

I activated Caller ID on my television yesterday. Tested it this afternoon and it worked. Still can't access my account information on the TV though.

Having same issue as many. Caller ID on TV was working then it stopped. Tried rebooting everything. No Help. Attempted to get with a Customer Service Agent. Now three hours in between 2 chat sessions and waiting on hold. The second time they stated wait time 10-17 minutes. Sitting here now on hold after 25 minutes.
I'd like to say Verizon has the worse customer support I ever seen.
Or maybe its my mistake... maybe there is no customer support at Verizon.

Do you remember the steps that Verizon Support suggested to try to get Caller ID operational? I reset my 4100 mini and had to re-enable the Caller ID feature to have incoming calls flash on the screen of my television.
