Caller ID on TV

I have recently moved and had my FIOS service transferred to the new address. Prior to moving caller ID did display on my TV sometimes. It would work some days, and not work other days. Now that I have moved I changed to the digital voice service and I now cannot even enable the caller ID on the T.V. When I click "check availability" I get the message "Caller ID for FIOS TV is available for customers with Verizon home phone service. If service was recently activated, please check back in 24-48 hours". I have had the service at this address for almost 2 weeks now. I have one HD DVR and 2 standard def set-top boxes, all of them give me the same message. I have tried resetting all of the set-top boxes and the router, as well as tried all of the in-home agent options. Does anyone have any idea how to get this to work? Thanks in advanced for your help.
