iobi reports caller name as "NOT_AVAILABLE".  Telephone caller id reports a caller name.  Both devices report the phone number, and iobi reports the location.  I see this once a month or so.

 

I thought the high tech extra cost service would have more information, not less. 

 

Anyone else see this?
