Does anyone agree the VZ customer service is terrible. I have been trying to get "find me" service on my home phone which tells caller our service has been disconnected and to call my cell phone. I have spent an hour each with 3 different agents (one was Indian) who all promised to fix the problem but it still has not been done. I also left my cell phone for VZ to call today and after 2 hours they never did so. Have you had similar experiences and what can we do?
