I only check my voicemail using the fios app on my smartphone. I delete the voicemail as I listen to it. So, it was to my surprise to find out that my voicemail was full and could not accept any new voicemails. I logged onto the website and clicked check voicemail. There where all the messages I 'deleted' using the fios app. Most of the messages where expired.
Why does the fios app not delete voicemail when you specifically tell it too? The app even asks you "Are you sure you want to delete the selected messages?"
