I received a letter in the mail stating that I signed up for Three-way calling and I would be charged for the new service. This was a complete surprise to me. I never signed up for this service. I tried to call the phone number on the letter (1-800-837-4966). The various telephone tree options did not allow for me to speak to an actual person. The only available option regarding billing charges was in the form of voice telling me how much I owed Verizon. I am very frustrated with Verizon and their ability to suddenly sign me up for services that I never wanted or never needed. I can't even call someone to get the service removed. Now, I have to pay for something I never wanted. What a crime Verizon! What a crime!
