I use Verizon Iobi. I love this product! It's less than $5 a month. From the web I can set my call forwarding, block numbers and see who calls. I can also listen to my voice mail from the web! It allows you to keep notes and send the message via email, and it has a calendar and mapping tool. This is my favorite product from Verizon. It nice being able to restrict incoming calls by simply setting the time and also restrict people you simply don't want to hear from.
It doesn't do exactly what you're looking for, seeing the full usage, but at least you can see what is coming in. And as a Mom of 4(3 grown, 1 teenager left) it's nice being able to block the callers I don't want to see coming in. (The kids don't and didn't know we have this service).
Here's the link to check it out: https://www22.verizon.com/iobi/
There are tools available for logging calls. A few years back I looked into it myself. But I've found IOBI to do the job I needed.

I need to do this, as well (view my detailed local calls from several months ago). I inquired a few months ago with Verizon. They told me it would take an attorny, a subpeona, several weeks to months, AND they'd bill me for like 90 hours of time in order for me to get a detailed call report of local calls. They said the information is stored on microfiche. Wouldn't you think it'd be digital?
So, I wish they had told me this when I signed up for their freedom package, because I may have thought differently about it, knowing how much money it could potentially cost me if I ever needed to prove that I received and/or made phone calls.
This is ridiculous. Consumers should beware. I have never needed to view my phone calls before, but of course the ONE TIME IN MY LIFE that I need to have proof of calls made and received through my home, it's going to take all of the above effort in order to do so.
Ridiculous.
Thank you Verizon.
