Issues started last night, when I lost dial tone and internet. Didn't try to resolve any issues myself till then morning when I rebooted my router, which fixed my internet issue. Never lost TV service through FiOS. My Digital Voice phone service still has no dial tone. Verizon In-Home Agent recommends to call Verizon, wish I could just open a ticket with them online.
Also tried to troubleshoot the no dial tone issue online under the Support tab, put when you selected no dial tone as an issue I get some generic error page.
