no dial tone

A FOIS tech just upgraded everything in my garage today.  TV, Internet works but no dial tone.

Anything I can to do to figure it out?

There is a test jack on your ONT. Make sure you have dial tone there with your phone. Maybe something simple like they forgot to plug in the phone wiring.
