Number Portability

Time Warner asked Verizon to port my Verizon landline number to them so I can take advantage of Time Warners Triple Play Service. My Verizon number is not blocked or frozen. Verizon has refused to port my number.

Has anyone else has have this problem. How did you get it resloved?

I have made a complaint to the FCC but have not heard back.

why switch to TWC. Fios is so much better. I'm glad I switch back in August 2012.

Instead of the FCC, contact your state's Public Utility Commission or similar.
