In the My Fios app Phone>Phone Management>All Calls is blank. The service was installed this past Friday morning so one would think that everything is in Verizon's system and setup. I've uninstalled the App on my iPhone XR and reinstalled it. The Fios internet works fine in the app but it seems the phone side is not working properly. Is anyone aware of something that may have been overlooked on either side?

I'm able to access the call log using the My Fios app on my Samsung smartphone. I would reach out to Verizon support to see if they have any info about the iOS app. 🤔

The last time I called Tech Support I was talking to someone who could barely speak English and tried to sell us more services and could care less about the reason for the call.

Try calling back during regular business hours. I think you can ask a rep to transfer you to a US based agent. 🤔
