Unable to receive calls from Callbox in lobby

Just recently opened a new FIOS under my name and after a few days transferred the old home phone from my wifes cancelled account to the new account so our home phone number doesn't change. However the callbox in the lobby rings when you select our name but the home phone doesn't. Contacted the management company and they said everything is correct on their end. Anyone else have the same issue?
