I want to use YouMail for VM for my home phone. How can I divert CFB/NA to YouMail's access number (714-204-3114)?

Thanks

Jim

you might have to call into the sales department to have them establish that feature for you.

1-800-VERIZON or click on the contact us link at the bottom of the page.

Here's how you use YouMail with Digital Voice.

1) You need to have a paid YouMail plan that will give you a personal access number (either http://personal.youmail.com or http://business.youmail.com.

2) You then simply use *90 followed by your personal access number, and then dial *92 followed by your personal number..

(After signing up, you'll find your personal access number here: http://www.youmail.com/youmail/user/phones).

The *90 and *92 assure that all busy and unanswered calls are forwarded to YouMail, and the personal access number guarantees YouMail can map calls into that number to your account (as Digital Voice doesn't supply the originally called number, so we can find your account.

You can also use YouMail with some of the standard landline plans, but that requires calling Verizon and asking them to set up call forward busy and call forward no answer to a YouMail access number.
