Hi,
Ordered it online and it told me to wait for a email to activate it. I called a few numbers and at least 50% did not know anything about VCA. I got thru to the Iobi/ people then to the E center..Still nothing. Iobi/VCA people told me that it seems to be "hung up" somewhere.
Any tips?
