I no longer get the flashing light or notification if there are messages on my voice mail.

What do I have to do to get it to work?

I am no longer getting voice mail, nevermind having the flashing light.  Verizon sent out via USPS a note that there were upgrades coming to voice mail and now it has disappeared.  Any idea what happened to the Voice Mail upgrade?

I contacted Verizon via phone at 1-800-837-4966.  Talk to them.  They will have to reset things from their side.  Claim it's fixed, but waiting to get a call so I can see if it will pick up.  Good Luck.
