Voicemail unable to connect to account

I went to check my voicemail today and I keep getting an error from the system stating it cannot coonect to my account.  I logged into my account on my computer and it states the same.  What can I do to correct this?

They do get disconnected.  You will most likely have to Call Verizon and ask them to reactivate the feature.
