Without a doubt--the worst user-friendly site I have ever encounteref--when I go to pay my bill on line!!!Smiley Mad

Always have to get a new password---

Your lucky if this is the worst site for you.  I deal with several worse, e.g. Frontier site that took over Verizon residential cusomters in Florida.

Certainly you shouldn't be asked for a new password everytime.
