New VOD menu is horrid!

I just went to watch something on VOD n I realized the VOD menu is completly changed. It flat out sucks. I'm not just saying that cuz i'm not used to it.. Its just setup badly. now U have to go thru altotta menus to get to your bookmarks which defeats the purpose. Also when u scroll over to the next menu it doesn't start at the top which is annoying n.confusing. The text is cut off in the titles n not that I care for the preview/ad but even thats extra small. Please change it back.. Or at least clean it up. As the old saying goes... If it aint broke dont fix it.

Give kudos if u agree so theres some attention to this bad VOD menu !

I have to agree 100%. VOD is a mess right now. It use to be easier to use, Easier to find movies. If you don't know the actual title of what it is you want to view then you can be searching for hours. I don't want to scroll through 1000's of titles to find what I am searching for.

i also use to purchase movies only after they were in the 2 day area. I never purchase a movie that have to be watched with in 24 hours. I may want to view it now but my family may want to view it tomorrow night. I don't see this option anymore. maybe it's somewhere lost within the 1000 of movie options. 😞

Not only is layout bad, and the scolling bad....

But the sound is too loud.

It's is much louder than the live TV.

So not only do I have to press more buttons to get where I'm going,

I have adjust the volume first, and then make it louder again

when I start the program I want to watch.

Please fix this As Soon As Possible

This reminds me of going to the library and finding all the books scattered on the floor, in no specific order!

There are a ton of books to choose from but just try finding one you want.

please allow us to adjust the column width so we can read the entire text label of a movie or series episode.

please allow us to sort the order of movies by DATE RELEASED to find current movies first.

please allow us to sort the order of episodes Newest to Latest so we don't use up the batteries in the remote Down Arrowing the entire list to get to the newest episode at the bottom of Season 2 Episode 17!!! OMG

I guess an Oracle DBA could help the design team of the next release of IMG. Smiley Frustrated

I agree that it's way too small. I don't even rent on demand movies very often and yes, it takes so long just to find one title that you're looking for. It's disorganized. It was easier the old way.

I'm getting tired of all of these annoying customer service and communication issues with Verizon. And I am sorry but Verizon doesn't care and doesn't have a clue when it comes to customer service. It's so much garbage and it seems like all of these changes and communications are done haphazardly without any thought about the customer's perspective. I'm going to have to consider to switching to Comcast at some point because I don't know how much longer I'll be putting up with all of this. It stinks!

I like the TV Guide Display except for these extra VOD "station" listings but it always seems like one annoying issue after another with Verizon Fios that never gets resolved, just in general. I'm sorry but all of these apologies and "thank yous" from Verizon don't mean anything to me at this point.

And every conversation about this even here is just like another run around going around in more circles the same way we do whenever we call 1-800-VERIZON. It's symptomatic of the bigger issue at hand, putting profits ahead of customers.
