Only 1 dvr upgraded

I have 2 hd dvr boxes in my house.  1 of them upgraded a month or so ago the other hasn't.  Both are the same models.  Any ideas?

Contact Verizon and have them check and load the second box. The only idea I can come up with is there was a network issue with to DVR. Or the DVR was off. No Power to the DVR.
